Exchanges & Returns

Exchange Policy

We want your gymnast to love her new ShoreSide Activewear pieces. If you need a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@shoresideactive.ca within 14 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of odors, pet hair, stains, deodorant marks, chalk, and other signs of wear
• In original condition with hang tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping to ShoreSide Activewear and shipping of the replacement item.

Non-Eligible Items

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or are otherwise not in resellable condition.

If an item is received that does not qualify for exchange, we will notify you. The item may be returned to you at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoresideactive.ca and we will make it right.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective items.
